To be an authorized affiliate of www.leather-belts.net, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to you or your company's participation as an Affiliate in the leather-belts.net Affiliate Program and to the establishment of links from your web site to our web site, leather-belts.net.

To enroll with the Affiliate Program, you must complete the online registration form, and agree to the terms of this Agreemnet. Leather-belts.net reserves the right to reject and/or later terminate your application if we determine that your site is unsitable for the Affiliate Program for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content, or links to such material that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, violates copy rights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights.

AFFILIATE is independent contractors, and nothing is this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employmnet relationship of principal and agent between the parties.

Affiliate is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents contained on the approved website. The approved website and/or newsletter does not violate any law or regulation.

All affiliates are strictly prohibited from sending an SPAM or UCE email. Affiliate should comply with all local, state and federal laws (including, but not limited to Can-Spam Act) regarding the sending of email.

Affiliate shall not issue nor cause to be issued any news and press media release that uses the leather-belts.net trademarks(s) without prior written consent from Leather-Belts.Net and/or its Owner (Laser Source (HK) Company Limited).

Affiliate shall not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of the website of leather-belts.net and create the impression that your site is our site or part of our site.

All copy righted material and trademarked names and logo used in accordance with this Agreement by either or both parties remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective originating or issuing parties. No transference of intellectual property ownership or conveyance of right is intended or conferred in this Agreemnet.

Affiliate payment:
You will reveive a commission for sending a Leather-belts.net authorized sales via your links. You understand that the payout amount may be changed at any time. Your are responsible for determing if the payout for a link you have placed on your site has changed or been discontiuned. Payments will be sent in one week after cut off day. Your account baclance reached US$100.00 or more for the previous months' transactions. Money credited to your account does not accrue interest. If you choose payout by wire transfer, you will bear all banking fees.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Bad Checks:
If an order is later refunded to the customer or charged back by the customer, or if a customer's check does not clear, the referral fee, and any Affiliate charge back fees, will be deducted from the next monthly payment sent to the Affiliate.

The terms of this Agreement will begin upon Leather-Belts.Net acceptance of your application and will end when termintated by either party. Either Affiliate or Leather-Belts.net may terminate this Affiliate Agreement at any time without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. affiliate is only eligible to earn commissions on sales occuring during the term. The commissions earned throught the date of termination will remain payable only if the related Qualified Purchases are not cancelled or returned. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

Leather-belts.net reserves the rights to modify or change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without any notification at its absolute discretion.
